A few pictures taken this morning. Maggie has come so far in just four or five days. She can now sit up on her own and roll over on her own (of course we did not get this on video). She is so much more alert than earlier this week. It is amazing what a few days can do! She refuses to put anything in her mouth except the bottle, so unfortunately she is not eating any solid food yet. She loves her bottle though. And as you can tell from her pictures, she is not missing any nutrition -- our guide has nicknamed her Chubby Baby!!!
We will post more later.

Hi from Acton Ontario;
I have been trying to leave a message for a few days but the comment section froze each time after I waited about ten minutes. I tried earlier today the same thing happened. Now finally I'm in. Just wanted to let you know how joyful Rod and I are that soon, and very soon you will have a complete family when you return to Newfoundland. What a wonderful feeling that will be. Only those who have struggled for little ones can truly understand how powerless you feel sometimes to full fill a basic need. I'm so happy for you both as you bring your little miracle home. I know you have a lot of love to give Maggie and Gracie. May the rest of your trip be as exciting as it can be.
(Sorry Brent that you can't watch any movies - did you bring any other gadgets with you?)
Today, Stephanie and I are flying to Newfoundland, so I guess I need to go and pack. I'm looking forward to seeing Maggie and the rest of your family in Newfoundland before I leave.
I hope you are finding something to eat, and I'm glad they didn't take the homemade bread from you at the customs.
Maggie looks wonderful. She is learning quickly how to laugh, sit, and roll over. She appears to be a fast learner. Watch out Newfie's she may just graduate from grade twelve next year at the rate she is learning things. (smile)
With lots of love & prayers,
Rod & Dena Norman
The pictures are now visible, and they are beautiful! The ones we couldn't see were with her laughing, so they were important ones to see...I guess you are all anxious to return to NL at this point...any requests for a home cooked meal??? We'll introduce Maggie to real veggies and gravy perhaps that will tempt her tastebuds!!! Take care...hope to see you soon.
Love,
Peter, Deann and Danielle
I didn't see the comments from the day before, so Joanne, your request for home cookin' don't count!!! However, if Brent and Lisa have something in paticular they want (peach squares Lisa??) then I will do my best...
Deann
The pictures are cute! We can't wait to meet Maggie and listen to Brent brag about how much Maggie loves him! We are still hoping to see you in Toronto. I think that you did it once before but can you guys email me your travel itinerary?
Love,
Stephanie & Jeff
PS - Deann, I don't know about Brent and Lisa, but I have a few requests for home-cooking...chocolate cheesecake - See you in June!
Deann,
Any of your home cooking would be great... but you will have to top it off with your peach sqares!
Lisa and Brent
